Even the JPMorgan CEO Sees It: “Immigration. What the HELL Are We Doing?” — Time to Put Americans First
Alec Charles Reynolds Executive Director National American Citizen Association
First, credit where credit is due.
Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase, just did something rare in corporate America. He stood up and spoke blunt truth about the devastating impact of unchecked mass immigration on working-class Americans.
In his own words:
“Immigration. What the hell are we doing?
You know, the bottom 20% of our population… their wages didn’t go up for 20 years. They’re dying 7 years younger. Their schools don’t work. They’re not getting the skills they need… Americans should be getting sick of it.”

We’ve seen the pushback — and it’s loud.
Some are calling Mr. Dimon a hypocrite, pointing to JPMorgan’s hiring practices, offshoring concerns, and use of foreign visa workers. Others say he only cares about profits, deposits, loans, and credit card interest. These criticisms reflect real frustration from American workers who feel their concerns are being ignored.
At the end of the day, Mr. Dimon is a CEO. He has a fiduciary duty to report to shareholders and make decisions that protect the bank’s bottom line. That is the reality of business. But the larger policy question he raised — the impact of mass immigration on everyday Americans — stands on its own merit and deserves honest discussion.
Then vs. Now: How H-1B Rules Have Changed
Before the recent reforms (pre-2025/2026):
A random lottery system decided who got the limited H-1B visas each year.
No supplemental $100,000 fee existed for workers applying from outside the U.S.
Premium processing fee was $2,805.
Enforcement by the Department of Labor was lighter, with fewer site visits and wage audits.
Companies could more easily bring in foreign workers, sometimes at lower wages, increasing competition for American employees.
Now (as of April 2026):
A wage-weighted lottery system took effect on February 27, 2026 — giving higher chances to higher-paid and higher-skilled workers instead of random selection.
A $100,000 supplemental fee was introduced for many new H-1B petitions involving workers outside the U.S.
Premium processing fee increased to $2,965.
The Department of Labor has stepped up enforcement with more frequent site visits and wage audits.
These changes represent a meaningful shift toward prioritizing American workers and making it more expensive and difficult for companies to bring in foreign labor for jobs Americans can fill.
Mr. Dimon’s willingness to speak plainly, even knowing it would draw criticism, demonstrates leadership and courage. He is highlighting a problem that affects millions of American families, and recent H-1B reforms show that the system can be adjusted to better serve U.S. workers.
This is exactly why NACA exists.
We are building a united movement of patriots committed to America First and Constitution Only. We focus on policy and principles — not personalities. We educate citizens on the real threats to our freedoms, empower bold action, protect our kids’ future through voter integrity, strengthen vital alliances, and ensure no foreign ideology replaces core American values.
Mr. Dimon’s honesty is a wake-up call. Americans are sick of it — and they should be. The good news? Our movement is already the organized response.
We don’t just complain — we educate, we register voters, we track every race in 2026, and we build the citizen-powered coalition that puts America First again.
The More You Know
Public policy should serve the people who built this nation. When even one of the most powerful CEOs in America publicly admits that current immigration levels are harming the bottom 20% of Americans — and real policy changes begin to follow — it is time for all of us to listen and act.
America First. Constitution Only.
We must secure their tomorrow — together.
